Job Description

We are seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment starting May 24, 2026, in South Carolina. This role involves comprehensive patient care from Monday to Friday, 8:30a-4:30p, focusing on the management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank responsibilities, ordering tests and images, prescribing, and administering chemotherapy.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage Bone Marrow Transplants.
  • Perform Blood Bank duties.
  • Order necessary tests and images.
  • Prescribe medications as required.
  • Administer chemotherapy treatments.
  • Oversee patient care in both outpatient and inpatient oncology settings.
  • Manage an average of 15 outpatient and 20 inpatient cases per day.
  • Address a patient population comprising approximately 65% benign hematology and 35% malignant oncology.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology is required.
  • Experience with Epic EMR system.
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30a-4:30p.
