Job Description

We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for an engaging assignment in Minnesota, starting Jul 11, 2026. This role involves 24-hour day shifts, focused on covering the Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) service, handling urgent OB needs, and assisting with various obstetrical procedures. The ideal candidate will manage a predominantly high-risk patient population, providing comprehensive obstetric coverage, including labor and delivery care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Primarily cover the Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) service and its patients.
  • Be available for urgent OB needs and emergencies on the unit.
  • Assist other OB providers with C-sections and other obstetrical procedures.
  • Co-manage patients with MFM specialists and provide obstetric coverage.
  • Provide labor and delivery care for a predominantly high-risk patient population.
  • Manage over 90% of the Maternal Placental Program (MPP) census requiring MFM involvement or management.
  • Cover undoctored or unassigned OB patients at ANW.
  • Collaborate with other in-house Allina OB/GYN providers for support and assistance.


Additional Information
