Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Valid Michigan medical license and CSR are necessary at the time of submission
  • Must have a clean background for quick credentialing
  • ACLS, BLS, CSR, DEA, and PALS certifications are required
