  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia services
  • Adhere to all clinical, legal, and ethical standards


Additional Information

  • Must have a current Tennessee license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required
  • Must have a clean file
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
