We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity starts on Mar 16, 2026, and features 24-hour inhouse shifts on a per diem basis. The role involves delivery attendance, OB triage, surgical assists, and ER coverage, with the practice attending approximately 30 deliveries per month.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attend deliveries and provide comprehensive care for obstetric patients
  • Conduct OB triage and evaluate/manage patients
  • Assist with surgical procedures as needed
  • Monitor fetal health and provide ongoing assessment
  • Provide coverage for emergency room cases related to OB/GYN


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Active California license required
  • Minimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Must have completed prescreen questionnaire
