Responsibilities and Duties

  • First assisting in laparoscopic surgeries including hysterectomy, BSO, and mass resections
  • Conducting pelvic exams, pap smears, and simple biopsies
  • Surgical assisting and providing consults in the emergency department
  • Rounding on patients, managing triage visits, and handling in-basket management
  • Ensuring thorough documentation and patient follow-up


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Must possess an active CO license and BLS certification
  • DEA certification needed for credentialing
  • Proficiency in Epic EMR system
  • Candidates should be local or able to drive in
  • One year prior experience in surgery, especially with oncology background preferred
