Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Virginia. This role involves an as-needed schedule, typically 5-10 shifts per month, with 24-hour in-house shifts. Duties include managing high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia, and assisting with approximately 1,700 deliveries annually within a Level III NICU setting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
- Administer inhaled nitric oxide
- Perform therapeutic hypothermia procedures
- Manage approximately 1,700 annual deliveries
- Work within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
