Job Description

We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist Physician for a 90-day assignment in Kentucky, starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves comprehensive cardiac care, including balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), heart catheterization, and coronary angiograms. The schedule is structured around 24-hour shifts (7am - 7am) to cover all cardiology calls for the hospital, alongside general cardiology consults and reading studies.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform Balloon Angioplasties
  • Conduct Coronary Angioplasty
  • Execute Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
  • Perform Heart Catheterization
  • Conduct Coronary Angiograms
  • Respond to all cardiology calls for the hospital
  • Provide General Cardiology consults as needed
  • Read studies including EKG, ECHOS, and Stress tests (including nuclear stress)
