Job Description

We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist Physician for a 120-day assignment in Arizona, starting Aug 24, 2026. This role involves comprehensive interventional cardiology coverage, including STEMI and cardiology consults, TEES procedures, and seeing 18-24 patients daily in the clinic. The schedule features standard five-day, 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 to 17:30, providing essential support to the Cardiovascular Institute.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology coverage, including STEMI care.
  • Conduct cardiology consults (approximately 8-14 per day in the hospital).
  • Perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEES), approximately 1-2 per day.
  • Manage a busy clinic schedule, seeing 18-24 patients daily.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification: Required in Interventional Cardiology.
  • EMR: Cerner.
  • Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients preferred.
