Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to a diverse patient population

• Perform various medical procedures, including thoracentesis, central line placement, arterial line insertion, and lumbar punctures

• Manage complex medical conditions such as sepsis, pneumonia, CHF exacerbations, and acute kidney injury

• Conduct patient rounds, assess medical conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
