Job Description

 Wellhart is seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Hospitalist care for a locum tenens position in Texas. This 21-day assignment offers an opportunity to work in a hospital setting, covering 7+ shifts per month, including both day and night shifts. The ideal candidate should be located at least 240 miles outside of El Paso. Starting 11/15/2025, this role requires a current Texas license and expertise in hospitalist care. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive inpatient care, managing patient admissions and discharges, and collaborating with healthcare teams. There is potential for extension based on performance and facility needs.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to a diverse patient population

• Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret test results
