We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist for a locum tenens assignment in New Jersey. This opportunity begins on Sep 22, 2025, and spans 112 days, offering 12-hour shifts with both day and night coverage as part of a 24/7 physician schedule. The assignment focuses on supervising nurse practitioner staff during rounding, admissions, and discharges, with no procedural duties required. Qualified candidates must hold active board certification in Internal Medicine, New Jersey medical licensure, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide supervision to nurse practitioner staff during patient rounding

  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality
  • Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine required

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
