Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the solo provider for the hospital during each shift
- Perform required procedures, including lumbar puncture and paracentesis/thoracentesis
- Provide direct patient care in both active and on-call capacities
- Utilize Meditech EHR for documentation and patient management
- Respond to emergent situations as the sole provider on site
Additional Information
- Minimum 1 year of autonomous experience required
- Must be board certified
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Comfort with solo practice in a rural hospital setting is essential
