Job Description

We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant for a 15-day locum tenens assignment in Tennessee, starting Nov 3, 2025. This opportunity offers 7a-7p shifts with a heavy focus on night coverage, averaging 5-10 shifts per month. The position involves working closely with a fully staffed Critical Care and Pulmonary team, with procedures not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage floor and ICU patients in collaboration with a Hospitalist Physician and support staff
  • Respond to rapid response team (RRT) and code situations
  • Provide care in critical care, pulmonology, and emergency medicine settings with additional specialist support
  • Collaborate with a fully staffed Critical Care and Pulmonary team
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation


Additional Information

  • Must hold a valid Tennessee license as a Physician Assistant
