This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts, supporting Interventional Radiology procedures in a hospital setting. Candidates must be adaptable, as assignments may shift between day and night coverage based on hospital needs.

• Schedule: Either a single 24-hour shift for one provider or two providers covering 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts; flexibility required as shifts may change to meet coverage gaps

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare patients and rooms for Interventional Radiology procedures
• Assist with various IR procedures as directed by supervising physicians
• Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines for patient care and safety
• Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and patient interactions

• Must hold an active New York state license as a Physician Assistant
• Flexibility in scheduling is essential; providers may be moved between day and night shifts to meet patient and client needs
• Board certification is not required for this assignment
