Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hospitalist services for a locum tenens assignment in Nebraska. This role requires immediate availability starting Sep 20, 2025, and extends until Oct 1, 2025. The position involves 24-hour solo coverage in a rural hospital setting, typically engaging in active patient care for 12-15 hours with the remainder on-call. The provider will be the sole practitioner on-site and must be comfortable handling diverse medical procedures independently.

Additional Information

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine with Focused Practice in Hospital Medicine is required.
  • Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license for Nebraska.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working autonomously is necessary.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
