Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan, starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity requires night shifts and proficiency with procedures such as intubation, event management, arterial and central lines. The ideal candidate will hold ACNP credentials and current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage night shift hospitalist responsibilities, including cross-credentialing at multiple sites
  • Perform required procedures: intubation, event management, arterial and central lines
  • Provide care for a diverse inpatient population
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care


Additional Information

  • Must be licensed in Michigan as a Nurse Practitioner with ACNP credentials
  • Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Must be comfortable working independently during night shifts and performing necessary procedures
