Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a case mix of approximately 80 percent oncology and 20 percent hematology
- Provide care for both benign and malignant hematology cases
- Perform hematology/oncology consultations and ongoing management
- Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by interventional radiology)
- Maintain accurate and timely immunization and TB testing records as required
Additional Information
- Active New York medical license required
- Board certification in Hematology and Internal Medicine required
- Immunization record and flu vaccine (or declination) required
- Negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within 1 year of start date
