Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Surgeon Physician for a 3-day assignment in Alabama, commencing Oct 9, 2023. The schedule runs from 7 am CST on October 9th through 7 am on October 11th. In this inpatient role, you will cover consults and the emergency room, round on patients, and perform general surgery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Cover inpatient consults
- Provide emergency room coverage
- Perform rounding on inpatient consults
- Conduct general surgery procedures
Additional Information
- Board Certifications: Surgery
- EMR: Cerner
- Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Schedule: Out of House Call
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
