Wellhart is seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Nuclear Radiology for a remote locum tenens position in New York. This 15-day assignment begins on 10/01/2025, with a flexible work schedule between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a Trauma center, primarily focusing on PET/CT and general radiology for sites. This remote opportunity offers daytime coverage with some flexibility in shifts, utilizing Powerscribe 4.0 and Intelerad PACS systems. The assignment has potential for extension.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Interpret PET/CT scans and general radiology studies remotely
• Provide expert nuclear medicine and radiology consultations
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Powerscribe 4.0
• Utilize Intelerad PACS for image viewing and analysis
• Adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling various case types and potential schedule changes
• Contribute to the care of patients in a Trauma center setting
