Job Description

Our client in Illinois is seeking a skilled General Diagnostic Radiologist for a 60-day assignment beginning Jun 1, 2026. This critical role involves the comprehensive interpretation of general diagnostic radiology studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and fluoroscopy, to support inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department imaging needs. The selected physician will provide timely and accurate reads and communicate significant findings to ordering providers.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interpretation of general diagnostic radiology studies including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and fluoroscopy
  • Providing timely and accurate reads for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department imaging
  • Communicating significant findings with ordering providers when appropriate
  • Supporting hospital initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting within the hospital’s radiology systems
