Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterologist for an engaging 179-day assignment in Washington. The Physician will operate in an outpatient setting, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This role focuses on providing general gastro endoscopy services, including colonoscopy and EDG, for a diverse patient population, with both clinic and hospital privileges.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general gastro endoscopy services, including colonoscopy and EDG.
- Work in an outpatient setting.
- Maintain both clinic and hospital privileges.
- Focus on general gastroenterology, not advanced endoscopy.
Additional Information
- Board Certifications: Gastroenterology
- Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Conscious Sedation
- EMR: Epic
- Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
- LOA: 179 Days
- Patients per day: 16
- Staffing Mix: Another Physician is onsite in a multi-specialty setting with OB, Ortho, Gen Sx, etc.
