Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Family Practice Physician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan beginning Dec 8, 2025. This opportunity offers a flexible three-day-per-week schedule, with a preference for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The ideal candidate will have a current Michigan license and DEA, a clean background for swift credentialing, and active ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.


Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide wound care services
  • Perform skin biopsies
  • Conduct EKGs
  • Potentially perform family planning procedures


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
  • Michigan medical license and MI DEA required
  • Clean background for credentialing required
  • ACLS and BLS (AHA) required
  • Experience with Athenahealth EMR preferred
