This role offers the opportunity to work alongside APPs and scribes, utilizing the Cerner EMR system. The position requires an active Texas medical license and may offer the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide emergency medical care in a Trauma Center
• Manage a diverse patient population in a high-volume ED
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subspecialty services
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation
• Oversee and work alongside APPs and scribes
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with 48 hours of physician coverage
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines
• Participate in trauma care and critical patient management
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Additional Information:
• Active Texas medical license required
