Wellhart is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Texas. The assignment begins on 10/13/2025, with 10-hour shifts (exact schedule to be determined). Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages and conditions
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform emergency procedures and life-saving interventions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Coordinate patient admissions or transfers as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Meditech EHR system
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
