We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Doctor for a 12-week locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity is focused on night shift coverage with 10- and 12-hour shifts across multiple sites. Qualified candidates must be board certified or truly board eligible in Emergency Medicine, with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience.

Schedule: Night shifts required; 10-hour shifts (varied start times) and 12-hour shifts (7p-7a); must be flexible to work any assigned shift
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform emergency medical procedures including intubations, chest tubes, central lines, joint and fracture reductions, joint aspirations, laceration repair, and incision and drainage
Provide acute care for all patient age groups presenting with a broad range of emergency conditions
Deliver care in accordance with the standards of an Emergency Medicine residency-trained physician
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adhere to clinical protocols and documentation requirements
Additional Information
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Emergency Medicine required (ABEM accepted)
Must hold a current Pennsylvania state medical license
Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience required
Stroke certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are not required if board certification criteria are met
Must be willing to work exclusively night shifts as needed for coverage
