Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 15-day locum tenens assignment in Oklahoma, starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity features five 24-hour shifts per month, where you will manage the floor independently with round-the-clock nursing support and perform all lifesaving procedures in a dynamic hospital setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Independently manage emergency department floor with nursing support present 24/7
  • Perform all lifesaving procedures, including:
  • Intubation
  • Ventilation management
  • Line placement
  • Provide high-level trauma and emergency medical care
  • Respond to acute medical situations and direct patient care activities
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient encounters


Additional Information

  • Active Oklahoma medical license required
  • Rural health and trauma experience preferred
