We are seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Dec 21, 2025. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
  • Perform clinical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and develop treatment plans
  • Stabilize and manage critically ill or injured patients, including pediatric and adult populations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, coordinated patient care
  • Document all medical encounters and maintain accurate patient records
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory standards


Additional Information

  • Active New York state license, DEA, and board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABMS boards only) required
  • Acceptable board certifications: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine (with appropriate residency)
  • Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • No residency-specific training requirements; EM-FM-IM residency accepted
