Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide solo coverage in the Emergency Room for 12-hour night shifts
  • Deliver care in an open ICU environment
  • Respond to a wide range of emergency cases, including adult and pediatric patients
  • Ensure compliance with all required certifications and hospital protocols


Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Active license to practice medicine in North Carolina required
  • NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) certifications required
