Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Michigan. This 20-day assignment involves 8am to 8pm shifts, providing critical emergency care. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of cases, including emergency medicine, general surgery, anesthesia, laboratory, radiology, OR response, and orthopedic surgery.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide emergency medicine services
• Manage anesthesia-related aspects of emergency care
• Handle general surgery cases within the emergency department
• Utilize laboratory services effectively
• Interpret radiology results as needed
• Ensure timely OR response
• Address orthopedic surgery needs

• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• LOA: 20 Days
• Patients per day: Average 36
• Staffing Mix: ED RNs, 1 APP
