Provider Type Needed: Emergency Medicine Physician
Provide emergency medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments in accordance with Emergency Medicine best practices
Stabilize and manage critically ill and injured patients
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly
Adhere to all hospital protocols and compliance standards
Additional Information
Must hold a current Louisiana medical license and board certification in Emergency Medicine
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) required (ATLS only for Family Medicine-trained physicians)
