Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Louisiana, starting Dec 1, 2025. This 12-week opportunity offers independent coverage of the core adult emergency department, with APP relief between 10am and 8pm, and features 24-hour shifts scheduled four times monthly.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure timely and accurate medical assessments, treatments, and interventions
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient encounters and care plans


Additional Information

  • Louisiana medical license required
  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
  • Trauma experience preferred but not required
  • Ongoing need for coverage
