Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for our client in Illinois for an assignment starting Apr 20, 2026. This role involves 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts, focusing on comprehensive emergency care including ventilation management, intubation, C-line procedures, admissions, discharges, and observations within a high-volume emergency department supported by APPs and robust specialty backup.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a hospital with an ER.
• Perform required procedures including Ventilation Management, Intubation, and C-Line insertion.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and observation cases.
• Collaborate with robust specialty backup, including Hospitalist, Surgery, Anesthesia, Radiology, Pathology, Critical Care, and Pulmonology, with additional support available at the main campus.
• Utilize APP support available from 12p-12a.
