Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 12-month locum tenens assignment in Illinois, starting Nov 3, 2025. This opportunity includes managing a variety of cases in an ER with robust specialty backup. Day and night shifts are available, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ventilation Management
  • Intubation
  • Central Line Placement
  • Handle admissions, discharges, and observation of patients
  • Work collaboratively with Hospitalist, Surgery, Anesthesia, Radiology, Pathology, Critical Care, and Pulmonology teams


Additional Information

  • Must have a valid Illinois medical license
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Emergency Medicine required
  • Familiarity with the Epic EMR system
  • Strong procedural skills in emergency settings
