Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for a 36-day assignment in Florida. The schedule includes both 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts. This role requires comprehensive proficiency in all emergency care procedures, such as Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and Orthopedic stabilization, to provide high-level care to patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive emergency care, demonstrating proficiency in procedures including Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and Orthopedic stabilization.
Additional Information
- Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine
- EMR: Meditech EHR
- Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
- Call Schedule: No Call
- Patients per Day: Average 2 patients per hour
- LOA: 36 Days
- Staffing Mix: APP coverage depending on shift and time of day, supported by an EM residency program and APP training program.
