Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide emergency care in an emergency department within a hospital
- Stabilize and manage traumatic patients in a non-designated trauma facility
- Perform all lifesaving procedures including intubation, ventilator management, chest tube insertion, arterial line placement, and central line placement
- Deliver care to all age groups, with a primary focus on adult and geriatric populations
- Utilize Meditech EHR for patient documentation and workflow management
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Additional Information
- Florida medical license required
- Trauma experience preferred but not required
- 24-hour physician and APP coverage provided
