Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Trauma Center

• Manage primarily vertical patients with conditions such as abdominal pain and chest pain

• Perform various emergency procedures, including central access, arterial line placement, lumbar puncture, intubation, pacing, and orthopedic stabilization

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines for emergency medicine

• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards are met

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine required

• Experience working in a trauma center setting is highly desirable
