Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide immediate recognition, evaluation, care, stabilization, and disposition of patients in response to acute illness and injury
  • Utilize a high level of expertise in emergency medicine to manage varying degrees of cases from minor injuries to critical illnesses
  • Perform procedures including but not limited to intubation, central line placement, and suturing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and assess patient treatments
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and comprehensively


Additional Information

  • Must hold Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
  • Required to have active ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
  • Valid Florida medical license required
