Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a 4-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Nov 13, 2025. The schedule includes orientation on Nov 13 and 12-hour day shifts from Nov 14 to Nov 16. This role will involve a variety of emergency procedures and acute care responsibilities.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform suturing, manage sprains, and treat broken bones
- Execute procedures such as drainage and provide care for chest pain and cold/flu symptoms
- Stabilize trauma patients and arrange for transfer as needed
- Complete all required documentation accurately
- Maintain compliance with all state and facility protocols
Additional Information
- Active California medical license required
- Must have BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and DEA certifications
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Must be able to perform all emergency procedures as listed
