Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate and treat patients in the emergency department
  • Perform procedures such as lacerations, incisions and drainage, reductions, intubations, chest tubes, and central lines
  • Manage emergency situations alongside attending physicians
  • Run codes and provide critical care as needed
  • Ensure thorough documentation of patient care activities in the Epic EMR system


Additional Information

  • Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Valid Pennsylvania state license required
  • DEA certification necessary
  • Must have ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role required
