Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 5-day assignment in North Dakota, starting Sep 6, 2026. This role involves 24-hour consecutive shifts on site, providing sole provider coverage for both the Emergency Department and Inpatient floor, and performing various Emergency Medicine and Inpatient procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide sole provider coverage in the Emergency Department
• Manage patient care on the Inpatient floor
• Perform Emergency Medicine procedures
• Execute Inpatient procedures
• Work 24-hour consecutive shifts while staying on site

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Setting includes both Inpatient and Outpatient (Emergency Department) care
• Average daily census includes 9 Emergency Department patients and 6 Inpatient patients
