Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate and treat patients in the ER setting.
  • Assist with medical procedures including lacerations, incisions and drainage, reductions, intubations, chest tubes, and central lines under the supervision of attending physicians.
  • Run codes and manage emergency situations alongside attending physicians.
  • Ensure comprehensive patient care through effective communication and documentation using the Epic EMR system.


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine required.
  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
  • DEA and CSR licenses are needed.
  • Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
