Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver emergency medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case logs
  • Adhere to supervising protocols and collaborate with supervising physicians as required
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and credentialing requirements
  • Complete required continuing medical education (CME 40 credits)
  • Provide care across pediatric and adult populations as indicated by PALS and ACLS certification requirements


Additional Information

  • Mississippi license required
  • Board certification required: AANP or ANCC for FNP
  • NCCPA certification required for physician assistants
  • DEA with CSPA required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • Case logs and CME documentation required
