Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver high-quality emergency medicine care to patients during assigned shifts
  • Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within the emergency department
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare staff as needed
  • Handle cases independently when resident supervision is not required
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and hospital policies

Additional Information
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required
  • Emergency Medicine board certification required
  • Must have a current and unrestricted Michigan NP license at time of clear (IMLC not accepted)
  • ACLS and ATLS certifications required
  • Minimum two years of recent emergency department experience required
  • DEA required (verbal confirmation at name clear)
  • Must be local to Michigan and able to provide address at time of presentation
  • Clean background required for credentialing
  • Emergency/Temp privileges available
