Responsibilities and Duties
Provide dental treatments including extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, bonding, and application of crowns and caps
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans
Deliver care with a focus on oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative procedures
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical protocols
Additional Information
Active Wisconsin dental license required with no restrictions
DMD or DDS from an accredited US program required
Must possess a valid NPI number, current CV or resume, and CPR/BLS certification
Copy of real ID driver’s license and NPDB report required
Board certification with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) required
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in all phases of general dentistry expected
