Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide dental treatments including extractions, dental fillings, and treatment of cavities and tooth decay
  • Perform bonding and applications of dental crowns and caps
  • Deliver palliative dental care and simple restorative procedures
  • Apply strong diagnostic skills across all phases of general dentistry
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Adhere to all relevant clinical and state practice standards


Additional Information

  • Must hold active and unrestricted Rhode Island dental license
  • Graduate of an accredited US DMD or DDS program
  • Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) board certification required
  • Valid NPI number, CV or resume, and NPDB report required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and real ID required
