Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania beginning Jan 9, 2026. This is a one-day opportunity, with shifts starting at 7am and ending after the last patient is seen. The dentist will provide a full range of general dentistry services, including extractions, restorative procedures, and palliative care, with an emphasis on oral surgery and simple restorations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide dental treatments including extractions, fillings, treatments for cavities and tooth decay, bonding, and application of crowns and caps
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Deliver care in all phases of general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery, restorative, and palliative procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and regulations


Additional Information

  • Must hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania dental license
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited US program required
  • Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Must provide NPI number, current CV/resume, copy of valid license, CPR/BLS certification, real ID driver’s license, and NPDB report
