Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 56-day locum tenens assignment in Nevada starting May 4, 2026. This role offers a consistent schedule of four days per week, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing comprehensive dental care in accordance with IHS standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide dental services including exams, restorative treatments, oral health education, and preventive care
  • Diagnose and treat patients within professional scope and IHS standards
  • Assist in patient care processes, ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and IHS standards
  • Complete and maintain patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Dental Record (EDR)
  • Comply with Joint Commission and CMS standards in a culturally competent manner
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and adhere to IHS and service unit policies


Additional Information
