Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 248-day assignment with our client in Montana, starting Jul 27, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive general dentistry services, including examining, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for a diverse patient population, with shifts typically from 8a-5p. The chosen Dentist will also manage electronic documentation and patient referrals.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans and recommendations for patients.
  • Recommend and refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers and vendors following guidelines.
  • Maintain proficiency in electronically documenting services using the electronic medical record system, completing all administrative paperwork within 24 hours of patient visits.
  • Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and administrative policies.
  • Provide consultation to the Hospital Emergency Department healthcare providers as needed.
  • Deliver a full scope of dental services, including preliminary diagnoses, prescribing or providing treatment, and arranging for specialized care or referrals.
  • Assume responsibility for the diagnosis, care, and treatment of patients, including emergency cases, in the capacity of a staff Dentist.
