Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Missouri, starting Feb 13, 2026. This is a 3-week opportunity with day shifts from 8am to 5pm. The Dentist will primarily focus on extractions (simple and surgical), alveoplasty, and immediate and partial dentures, with occasional restorative work as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute treatment plans, including impressions, rebases, repairs, wax try-ins, and softliners
  • Perform extractions (simple and surgical), including alveoplasty and full mouth extractions
  • Deliver immediate and partial dentures, utilizing on-site lab capabilities for same-day services
  • Manage denture-related steps from planning to delivery
  • Conduct limited restorative procedures (bridges, crowns, fillings) as needed
  • Utilize Dentrix and Eaglesoft EMR systems for patient documentation


Additional Information

  • Experience with extractions (simple and surgical), alveoplasty, and both immediate and partial dentures required
  • Must hold an active Missouri dental license
